Equine Assisted Therapy

Equine Assisted Psychotherapy uses horse partners, a licensed therapist and the client who collaboratively work to learn about themselves, process feelings, behaviors and patterns. The horse is a tool to mirror client's experiences and facilitate change. Therapeutic results begin immediately. Because of its intensity and effectiveness, it is considered a short-term or "brief" approach.

All of the activities with the horses are done on ground and no previous horse experience is required.  There is no riding involved.

All services are available to adults and adolescents 13 years or older.
