Rachael is a certified Personal Training and Fitness Instructor Specialist (CanFitPro PTS & FIS) that is also currently completing her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT-200). She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion. Additionally, she is trained in Thai Yoga Stretching for fitness professionals, a facilitated stretching technique that blends elements of yoga, Thai massage, and the healing language of touch.
Rachael believes in meeting every client where they are. She strives to uncover each client’s unique needs and goals, building a customized plan that fits their lifestyle and their energy. As a wellness professional, her approach to training goes beyond fitness, assigning focus to building confidence, self-compassion, and body positivity.
Rachael sets herself apart as a trainer and fitness professional with her advanced knowledge of exercise science and the healing qualities of movement. Her areas of focus are functional movement and exercise, stress resiliency, and holistic wellness techniques.
