Carly is a Registered Psychotherapist who holds bachelor degrees in Psychology and Education (primary-junior with a specialization in Special Education) as well as a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology. She is Board Certified in Neurofeedback, a distinction of which less than 100 people in Canada hold. She is very excited to be using Neurofeedback to support individuals of all ages as their brains learn how to regulate and come into balance. From her own experiences with Neurofeedback over the last 10 years, the trainings she has completed, and while watching others benefit immensely from its use, she has made it a primary goal of hers to bring it into the community and spread the word of its effectiveness. She plans to continue to do so through her passion for teaching, consulting, and collaborating with other clinics and colleagues who also use Neurofeedback.

Carly's belief in the relationship between the mind, body, brain, and spirit has her meeting clients from a holistic perspective and supporting them as they come into greater balance and build resiliency. In regards to psychotherapy, she has strong interests in Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems and Attachment and is enjoying continuing to take related trainings in such fields.

Camping and spending time on the water brings Carly joy. She also loves cooking, gardening, and playing any instrument she can get her hands on.
