All rentals include: all basic utilities, access to reception area and waiting room, fully accessible bathroom, kitchenette/staff room, internet, washer/dryer, free parking, cleaning/sanitizing, garbage removal, printer/photocopier, marketing services (dependent on rental type), other resources/supplies as requested
