I work with individuals and couples to reduce anxiety and manage overwhelming emotions so that they feel more grounded in themselves, stronger and more connected inside of their relationships, and ultimately able to make positive change in their lives.
I believe that if we want to be at our best for others, we must make room to be compassionate toward ourselves. I have brought this belief to my decades-long career as an educator and to my work as a therapist. I support my clients to use the lens of their own lived experience to explore some of the same content I teach: the impacts of stress and trauma on daily living. This collaborative therapeutic process creates a powerful opportunity to build resilience, awareness, and self-compassion.
If you are struggling to navigate emotional challenges and are interested in exploring ways to bring some ease and connectedness back to your daily life and important relationships, please connect.
