Stuck in the Middle With You was created to foster connection, conversation, and community among women navigating the menopause transition and the broader journey of midlife. Through a combination of larger community events and smaller facilitated discussion groups, we aim to create spaces where women can learn, share experiences, explore challenges, and discover new ways of moving through this season of life.
