RWC Launch Internship Program
A community where learning, growth, and connection come together.
More Than a Placement. A Place to Launch Your Practice.
RWC Launch offers master’s-level psychotherapy students a hands-on clinical placement within a supportive community of experienced clinicians. Students receive weekly individual or dyadic supervision and have opportunities to learn from Supervisors with diverse clinical backgrounds and therapeutic approaches.
But Launch is about more than completing placement hours. We’re committed to helping students develop into thoughtful, confident, ethical clinicians through meaningful clinical experience, intentional supervision, and connection within a broader professional community.
Come build your clinical skills, find your professional voice, and take the next step in your clinical journey.
RWC Launch is a dynamic platform created by two psychotherapists to foster growth at every stage. We supervise and mentor qualifying therapists as they begin their careers, while offering accessible, high-quality care to the community. Built on connection, learning, and support, RWC Launch fuels both personal transformation and stronger, healthier communities.
Through hands-on supervision, real-world experience, and compassionate mentorship, we bridge the gap between education and practice. At RWC Launch, growth is mutual - practitioners gain confidence and skill, and communities gain support and healing.
