What is the Bridge Program?
An extension of RWC Launch's Internship Program, the Bridge Program gives newly-registered therapists a structured 3-month runway - mentorship, supervision, and (if eligible) office space - to build a practice that feels grounded and sustainable.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
INDIVIDUAL SUPERVISION
Individual supervision offers a consistent, supportive one-on-one space to reflect on clinical work, explore ethical considerations, and deepen professional identity. Rooted in an attachment-informed approach, supervision is a collaborative relationship where you can bring your full self - your questions, uncertainties, strengths, and developing edges - as you grow into your practice across early or transitional stages of work.
Supervisees are asked to bring a recent 10-20 minute session recording to each supervision meeting, which we will use together as a foundation for reflection, case consultation, and skill development.
BUSINESS COACHING
Business coaching offers practical and values-based support for building a sustainable and authentic clinical practice. This includes guidance around private practice development, navigating transitions between roles or settings, and creating systems that feel aligned with how you want to work. The focus is on integrating the clinical and business sides of practice in a way that feels grounded, intentional, and manageable.
GROUP SUPERVISION
Group supervision offers a small, collaborative space where therapists can come together to reflect on their work, share perspectives, and learn alongside one another. Grounded in an attachment-informed and relational approach, these sessions emphasize curiosity, connection, and shared growth. Clinicians are invited to explore case consultation, deepen clinical thinking, and gain new strategies while also feeling supported within a professional community.
Participants are asked to come prepared to at least one of the three group sessions with a case for consultation and/or a question for the group, and to actively participate in discussion and reflection on peers’ cases and questions throughout the series.
ROOM RENTALS*
Room rentals offer access to a part-time therapy space within a collaborative multidisciplinary wellness environment designed to support both clinicians and their clients. This includes up to 10 hours per week of furnished office space, access to shared amenities, and connection to a supportive professional community and referral network. The space is intended to provide an intentional and welcoming setting for practitioners who are building or growing a practice in a way that feels sustainable, aligned, and connected.

Carly Reinkeluers, Business Coach
Carly is a Registered Psychotherapist who runs a multidisciplinary clinic with 35+ practitioners operating their own independent practices within a collaborative wellness setting. She also partners and collaborates with clinics and wellness organizations across Ontario to support the development of accessible mental health, Neurofeedback, and wellness programming, alongside sustainable systems and operational growth. Carly offers business coaching and consulting for therapists and wellness professionals looking to build authentic, values-aligned practices. Her approach integrates the clinical and operational sides of practice, offering grounded support with private practice development, systems creation, service expansion, and navigating professional transitions in a way that feels intentional, manageable, and aligned with both the life and practice clinicians envision for themselves.
Beth Ann Lichti, Clinical Supervisor
Beth Ann is a CRPO-recognized Clinical Supervisor who brings an attachment-informed, relational lens to her work. She places strong emphasis on the supervisory relationship as a meaningful space for reflection, learning, and professional growth. Beth Ann is passionate about supporting therapists as they develop their clinical identity, build confidence in their work, and deepen their capacity to hold both themselves and their clients with care and awareness. She also values the ongoing personal growth that naturally accompanies clinical practice, and sees supervision as a space where both professional and personal development can unfold in an integrated way.
