Hello, I am so glad you are here. My name is Tracy, and I am the clinic director and psychotherapist at Holding Hope Psychotherapy and Counselling Services, I offer individual psychotherapy and counselling services to adults and seniors who are experiencing times of transition, from graduation to loss and everything in between. These times can lead to feelings of overwhelm, exhaustion, anxiety, uncertainty, and stress. With support, and newly developed skills you can navigate life’s challenges with a renewed sense of hope. 


I am a Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I hold a MA in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, a BA in Psychology and Sociology from Trent University, and a Social Service Worker diploma from Fleming College. I have experience in working with issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, grief self esteem, self exploration, and PTSD. 


I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space, as we work towards lasting and positive change. I take a collaborative, and client centered approach using modalities such as cognitive behavioural therapy, Ego state therapy, solution focused therapy and DBT. No matter what challenge you may be facing, I am here to support your transformation using an integrated approach to encourage healing and growth. We will develop your skills and strengthen your resilience, as you work towards building your skills and creating lasting change.
