Clinical Supervision Group

For Psychotherapists/Social Workers looking for a cost-effective way to learn with colleagues and/or complete required hours for professional registration/development.

  • The group will meet from 6-8pm, the 4th Monday of the month for a 3-month series (Jan-Mar, Apr-June, Sept-Nov). Fee will be pro-rated for the 3-month series based on number of participants.

  • Group sessions will cover topics related to case consultations, CRPO registration, small business, etc.

  • Participants will be expected to contribute to discussions, and present at least 1 client consultation/3-month series.

Women's Sacred Circles

This intimate container is for those who long to understand themselves deeper, are curious about ceremonial song and ritual and desire to nourish and listen to their hearts while being in sacred sisterhood.

Connections Group

A 10 week psychoeducational program for women based on the work and best selling book "I Thought It Was Just Me, But It's Not" by Brené Brown - the Shame Resilience Program is facilitated by Registered Psychotherapists Tracy Johnston & Marcie McCann. This program focuses on understanding shame and developing skills to increase courage, compassion, and connection. Areas of focus include:

  • Recognizing shame & personal triggers

  • Practicing critical awareness

  • Determining how and who to reach out to

  • Learning to speak shame

  • Understand and manage perfection & comparison,

  • Exhaustion from trying to "do it all",

  • Low self-worth,

  • People pleasing,

  • Isolation and disconnection,

  • Fear of rejection and judgment

10 Virtual Sessions, a maximum of 10 participants

Beginning April 10th, 6:30pm - 8:00pm

Total investment of $575
($57.50 per week, paid in full prior to start date)
